We are excited to announce our weekly take-home food program, sponsored by the American Red Cross Boston Food Pantry!
Who: All current BCLA-McCormack students are eligible to participate, with a signed permission form from a parent or caregiver (see below), submitted to Ms. Grace or Mr. Lewis (rolling admission)
What: Each participating student receives a weekly tote bag containing a nutritious balance of food items, plus recipes and information as available. All food is supplied and delivered by the American Red Cross Boston Food Pantry.
Where: Permission forms are due to the guidance counselors, Ms. Grace or Mr. Lewis and the Fun Foods bags will be distributed in Room 117 on Friday afternoons at dismissal time. Participating students or their parents/ guardians will pick up their Fun Foods bags at that time every week.
When: Fun Foods will distribute bags on Friday afternoon at dismissal time. (We are currently working on an additional distribution time after-school so that parent/guardians can pick up)
