		The Educator Evaluation channel contains a plethora of information on the evaluation system, including various rubrics, an overview of the different plan types, five steps in the evaluation cycle, and technical guides on how to use the EDFS.
		Look through the Workshops and Trainings page (under the Educator Evaluation tab) for presentations and activities you can use/modify for your staff.  In this section, you'll find a powerpoint presentation that gives an overview of the evaluation system.
		Use powerpoints like the Blackstone's to communicate schoolwide goals and clear expectations for the year.  You can find many other evaluator resources here.
