Reflecting on Practice

Here are some ways you can use the OEE site to help you assess your needs.

		If you're filling out your self assessment, look through the look-fors in specific elements of the Interactive Rubric to guide what you write in your strengths and areas for growth.
		If you're thinking about what goals to write for this year, here are a couple of suggestions: Log on to the EDFS and read over the feedback you received on goals in your last evaluation. Browse through the materials from the Lead Teacher Session #1, for resources on how to write SMART goals using assessment data or to look through some sample goals.
