    Here are some ways you can use the OEE site to find resources to support your professional growth. 

     
     
     
     Individual          
        The Interactive Rubric has unpacked several elements that teachers tagged heavily in their self-assessments as an area for growth.  Each element page contains descriptive look-fors that break down what behaviors should be seen in teachers and students, examples that illustrate proficient practice in that element, resources, and professional learning opportunities that are aligned with that element.

      Mentors can recommend resources and professional learning opportunities in specific elements to help their educators grow. 

     mentor     Coaches can look under School Tools for a variety of useful tools on Adult Learning and Looking at Student Work. 
     Team      The various resources on the Interactive Rubric pair very well with some of the Inquiry and Reflective Dialogue protocols on the National School Reform Faculty website.  Teams could go through an activity the "A Change in Practice" protocol to identify what adjustments to practice were effective and what resources aided in making those adjustments.
